I'm so excited that I've finished my first UFO of 2012!! It's the poem called Warning or more commonly known as "When I'm an Old Woman, I shall wear Purple". Originally I was going to use this as a center piece for a quilt that I've had planned for over 14 years. But yesterday my sister called to say she was back in the hospital and would be undergoing treatment for cancer. She is optimist and so am I, so I'm going to frame this tomorrow and take it to her as retirement gift with the understanding when I or one of my other 2 sisters retire it will be passed down to us and she will be there to do the passing.
