Progress at last - and Happy Thanksgiving….

I decided I really need to get something done, so I started stitching again yesterday and then today.   I had started on chart 9, but got stuck on the leaf because it is so big (and boring to stitch).  So I stitched a little bit on the leaf, then went to something else, then back to the leaf.  As a result I got chart 9 & 10 done and I've started on 11!! 


One more big push on stitching then I'll have to focus on finishing the two stocking and hopefully the Princess angel and maybe the Patriotic Angel by Painted Pony.  I love stitching these angels and really need to go back and get pictures of all of the ones I've done.   I've completed and given away 7 already and have 3 that are all stitched, just not finished.  

So will experiment on mine and then do the other two.  I've been sewing since I was a child, so decided I really shouldn't continue to pay to have things finished when I can do it myself.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and quality time with family and friends.  I will be talking to my kids, the girls will have Thanksgiving together in Nashville with grand-daughter and hubby.  My son will spend the day with his wife's family.

Up date on my new niece, she is over 5 lbs!!  They said she should be home as early as 2 weeks or as late as 4 more weeks.  She is doing great, she obviously takes after my side of the family LOL
